ACTIVELINE BECOMES SUPERFLEX
A new design, less weight, more flexibility, S1P and an improved slip resistance – this are the central modifications of the ne STABILUS Safety-productline „SUPERFLEX“.
SUPERFLEX replaces ACTIVELINE, which was introduced in 2010. Currently, this includes the articles 5111A, 5116A and 5124A. The positive featerues of ACTIVELINE maintain. Especially the Vibratec-shock absorber, which reduces the impact on the joints, is built in and increases the comfort of SUPERFLEX-models.
The clue is in the name
The name perfectly describes the main feature of SUPERFLEX: the high flexibility of this safety shoes. The flexibility ensures a superb wearing comfort during the rolling movement of the foot. This feature is especially relevant to those, who have to kneel often and depend on a high mobillity of the forefoot.
Reduced weight despite higher safety class
While the ACTIVELINE-models belonged to the safety class S1, SUPERFLEX is upgraded to S1P. The insoles are made of a metal free, puncture resistant textile. Despite the increase of safety, the weight of the shoe went down by 15 % on average. For example, a single shoe of the 5111A weights only 530 g. The weight reduction is achieved by new materials, such as a microfiber upper, a toe capo f fiberglas and a PU/PU sole.
New design and more
The look & feel of the SUPERFLEX-products is based on the ACTIVELINE. New appliqués and a modified sole underline the new lightness. SUPERFLEX-safety shoes fulfill ESD-standards and are DGUV-certified. The sizes range now covers sizes 37 to 48.
